Programme Impact

Each programme batch facilitates a cohort of 10-15 employees embarking on a comprehensive journey

through Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing phases over a duration of 12 months.

Participants of the Zenith Leadership Programme have gained necessary skills to  take on challenging roles, advancing from managers into leadership roles of CEO, COO, HoDs and Unit Heads, leading to positive impact in both their personal and professional lives.
